If you choose Google Sign-In, we may receive your name, email address and profile picture.

We only use this information to authenticate your account and provide our services.

We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar, or any other Google data unless you explicitly authorize such access in the future.

Vendors may upload images, videos, business descriptions, pricing information, logos and promotional materials.

Some vendor content — such as reels or portfolio media — may be imported from a connected Instagram Professional account when the vendor chooses to use the Instagram integration. WedStori does not access Instagram accounts without the vendor's authorization.

All uploaded or imported content remains the property of the respective vendor.

By uploading or importing content, vendors confirm they own or have permission to use it and authorize Wedstori to display, promote, and distribute it on the Platform for business and marketing purposes.

Vendors may voluntarily connect their Instagram Professional account to WedStori.

When connected, WedStori may receive and process information made available through the Instagram API, including the connected Instagram account's profile information and media/content associated with that account.

This data is used only to allow vendors to connect their Instagram account and to import and display their Instagram content within their WedStori vendor profile.

WedStori only requests Instagram permissions that are necessary for this functionality.

WedStori does not request or use Instagram messaging/DM or comment-management permissions for this integration.

Instagram data is not used for unrelated purposes.

Instagram-connected data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the requested functionality and in accordance with our retention and deletion policy.

Vendors can disconnect their Instagram account from WedStori at any time.

Vendors can request deletion of Instagram-related data by contacting us at support@wedstori.com.

Wedstori does not collect or process customer payments for wedding services. Customers pay vendors directly outside the Platform.

We may collect payment-related information only from vendors for subscription purchases where applicable.

Wedstori is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Our Platform may integrate with third-party services including Google Sign-In, Razorpay (for vendor subscriptions only), Google Maps, analytics services, cloud hosting providers and Instagram/Meta APIs.

Instagram/Meta APIs may be used to provide the Instagram account connection and content import functionality requested by vendors.

These third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies.
