Wedstori is an online wedding marketplace that connects customers with wedding vendors such as venues, photographers, decorators, makeup artists, caterers, planners, entertainers, and other wedding service providers.

Wedstori provides a technology platform for discovery and communication only. We do not provide wedding services ourselves and are not a party to any agreement between customers and vendors.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your account secure.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.

Vendors are solely responsible for:

• Business information
• Pricing
• Availability
• Service descriptions
• Photos
• Videos
• Portfolio content
• Contact details

Wedstori does not verify or guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, or completeness of vendor listings.

Customers may browse vendor profiles and submit enquiries through the Platform.

Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking or contract.

Any agreement for services is made directly between the customer and the vendor.

Wedstori does not collect, process, or hold payments from customers for wedding services.

All payments for wedding services, including advances, balances, refunds, and settlements, are handled directly between the customer and the vendor.

Wedstori is not responsible for payment disputes, pricing disagreements, cancellations, or refunds relating to vendor services.

Vendors may purchase subscription plans offered by Wedstori to access premium features, improved visibility, lead management tools, and additional platform benefits.

Subscription fees paid by vendors are subject to the selected plan. Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable.

Customers may submit reviews based on genuine experiences.

Wedstori reserves the right to remove reviews that are false, abusive, misleading, offensive, spam, or otherwise violate these Terms.

The Wedstori name, logo, branding, software, platform design, user interface, and original content are the intellectual property of Wedstori.

Photos, videos, business names, logos, and portfolio content uploaded by vendors remain the property of the respective vendors.

By uploading content, vendors confirm that they own or have the necessary rights to publish such content and grant Wedstori a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute the content on the Platform for business and marketing purposes.

Users agree not to:

• Use false identities.
• Upload illegal or offensive content.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Interfere with Platform security.
• Misuse vendor information.
• Engage in fraudulent activities.

Wedstori acts solely as a marketplace connecting customers and vendors. Wedstori is not responsible for:

• Vendor performance
• Service quality
• Pricing
• Quotations
• Availability
• Delays
• Event outcomes
• Customer-vendor disputes
• Payments made directly to vendors
• Refunds
• Cancellation decisions
• Losses arising from vendor services

Customers and vendors are solely responsible for their agreements and transactions.

Wedstori may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or the security of the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where the registered office of Jovodesk Private Limited is located.
